Evenings are about being taken care of, about time, attention, detail and atmosphere. About sitting down, letting go, and being guided through a longer, more thoughtful journey.

Our kitchen follows the rhythm of the seasons and what nature gives us. We work with fresh, organic, local and homegrown ingredients. Some even cultivated on our own rooftop farm just around the corner. Simplicity, craftsmanship and respect for the product guide every plate.
