At night, everything shifts.

The lights soften. The tempo slows down. The space becomes quieter, warmer, more intimate. Tables are set, the rhythm changes, and the focus moves to fine dining and full experience. Evenings are about being taken care of, about time, attention, detail and atmosphere. About sitting down, letting go, and being guided through a longer, more thoughtful journey.

Our kitchen follows the rhythm of the seasons and what nature gives us. We work with fresh, organic, local and homegrown ingredients. Some even cultivated on our own rooftop farm just around the corner. Simplicity, craftsmanship and respect for the product guide every plate.
